Booking total amount that exceed  8000 php are accepted with deposit bank to bank 20%.

Additional bed is 490 pesos.    Breakfast is not included.  Service breakfast is a la carte with personalized service on table. 

Check in time is 1pm, check out is 11:30 am, we will consider some exception if we can.

Minors  under  8 years is free if share the bed with parents.The max no. allowed is 1 in standard, 2 in deluxe, 2 in superior, 4 in family. 

Booking:  we need  know no. person per room with specified the age, and no. child ( under 8).We can proceed to do booking only if  we have the date, time and point of arrival at the airport of Cebu or Tagbilaran. For customers that come from Cebu with ship we need also arrival time in Tagbilaran seaport.

Overview resort:  Not beach front, but pick up free for go at beach  from 9 am until 5:30 pm.   

Resort area is  3800 sqm , own sweet water, large pool, 24 hours security, supply and is deep in the verdant vegetation.

Standard Bungalow  (20 sqm)  1 king bed, 2 adults     

Deluxe Bungalow      (30 sqm)  2 king bed, 4 adults

Superior Bungalow   (40 sqm,  2 king bed, 4 adults      (2 standard communicating door, double shower, fridge, television etc.)

Family Bungalow       (60 sqm,  4 king bed, 8 adults     (2 deluxe  communicating door, double shower fridge, television etc.) 

There is a vast assortment of International, Italian cuisine and local cuisine, fresh fish, local fruits. We agree reservation table specially for dinner time. We like serve fresh fish maybe grilled and some special kind Italian food genuine and true. 

All the amenities included on the price: Swimming pool, children's pool, Jacuzzi, gym, children's playground,  independent  TV satellite, interphone, each bungalow with air conditioner, fan, wireless internet connection, fire extinguisher, freezer, safe box, emergency light, hair dryer, hot and cold water for shower (no salted) and good pressure, internet point resort, karaoke, sundeck and umbrella, conference room on request, disco night on request.

Exclusion: consumption at the bar, mini bar in room, service food in room (30% additional), massage in spa, laundry and baby sitting services, land and water excursion, diving or use diving equipment.  

Free transportation pick up port or airport and recommended white beach  for guest that stay almost 2  nights. Pick up to and from Tagbilaran port or airport is free,  20 min. about, we need the point arrival and time almost 1 day before (sms)The transport system to white beach Dumaluan,  BBC,   3  minutes ride shuttle.   

Pick up with charge if is available car and driver resort for taxi service. 

We organize trips to land and sea and scuba activities only when guest are here already.

Payment system:  we prefer cash but we accept  credit card if the signal is available, minimum allowed is 10000  php,  the resort accepts major credit cards.  In Alona or in Tagbilaran there are bank with cash machine in php. We can change also Euro and US$ banknotes to higher levels.
